A Classic Riesling from a Classic Region

The 2003 Saint M Reisling comes entirely from the warm and sunny Pfalz region of Germany, directly North of Alsace. Full ripeness is possible with every vintage.

Summers in the Pfalz region are long and warm while rainfall is light, contributing to the region's ripe fruit character. Fruit from the Pfalz produce Rieslings with substance and finesse.

Ernst Loosen purchased the J.L. Wolf estate in Pfalz in 1996, bringing new winemaking concepts with him, including reducing yields, using organic fertilizers and practicing selective harvesting. The result of the new techniques are wines of superb character.
